Reading time: 1 min

In general, patients notice an increase in the size of one or more lymph nodes that are located in areas where the lymph nodes are more abundant, such as the neck, armpit, groin, but can also appear in the thorax or abdomen.

Other general symptoms that patients present are:

Weight loss.

sudoración nocturna

Excessive sweating, especially in the evening/night, which may even result in sweat-soaked bedsheets.

fiebre, termómetro, fiebre día y noche

Fever / low-grade fever on a daily and recurrent basis that coincides with the sweats.

itchy skin

In some cases, itchy skin.

In any case, these general symptoms are not specific to lymphoma and may be due to other illnesses. In other words, not all patients with lymphoma present these symptoms, nor do all patients with these symptoms necessarily have lymphoma.
